Scope of services provided include: consultation in collaborative processes, preparing stakeholders to work together effectively, situation/conflict assessments, designing and facilitating collaborative planning or problem solving processes, public policy dialogues, mediation of mature conflicts, facilitation of consensus processes, collaborative public involvement, and training.
Principal areas of expertise: watershed management, forestry, natural resources, hazardous waste, energy issues, transportation, urban growth/development, noise abatement, land use, agriculture, parks and recreation, education, social services, health care, and community and cross-cultural issues.
The firm’s senior practitioner, Theresa A. Jensen, has twenty-four years of experience as a dispute resolution professional; as an attorney she is especially comfortable working with legal issues and with other attorneys in complex cases.
