Kennedy Consulting, LLC, is an organizational development consulting firm serving government sector and nonprofit organizations. The firm’s Principal, Michelle Kennedy, has over 25 years of management and consulting experience with public and nonprofit organizations, including significant experience in consensus-driven facilitation, strategic planning, community and organizational assessments, program evaluation, organizational change management, organizational and team alignment, executive leadership development, coaching, and performance improvement. We have worked on a number of complex public sector projects and policy initiatives and have achieved measurable results for government organizations at the state and local levels.
We work with government and nonprofit organizations to help increase the value of their programs and the impact of their results. We do this by providing effective, long-term solutions that lead to lasting, positive change.
