Our Services Overview

Our collaborative services help people resolve differences and find novel approaches to public decision making in Oregon.

Our impartial facilitators and mediators help groups explore an issue to find the facts and learn about each other’s interests and concerns. Often, when people look more closely at an issue, they begin to see what people on all sides actually have in common. That understanding helps people reach agreement on solutions that everyone can support. Facilitators or mediators don’t make decisions for you; they just employ effective techniques to help participants find answers together.

We work with:

  • Government agencies and other public bodies
  • Community members
  • Businesses
  • Non-government organizations

We’ll help you discover:

  • What the challenges and opportunities are
  • Who is affected and what matters to them
  • Who needs to meet to explore the situation
  • How to collaborate and agree on solutions

We work with you to design meetings and other group decision-making approaches, and we provide experienced facilitators and mediators to guide your meetings and ensure that all viewpoints are heard and addressed.

We’re knowledgeable about many issues, including:

  • Economic development
  • Education
  • Environment
  • Land use
  • Health
  • Transportation, and more
