Founded in 2006, Marshall Mediation is a certified woman-owned emerging small business based in Portland, Oregon. We provide full-spectrum neutral public policy consensus process services for our clients in the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in collaborative process design on issues related to land, water and community. Marshall Mediation is the only bilingual practice in the region, offering all services in English and Spanish. We facilitate working dialogue among diverse stakeholders to tease out the areas of consensus, build trust, and navigate the thorny complexities and grey areas where entrenched disagreements lie. We start with building trust in people, systems, and processes. Through that trust, we build results, taking a strengths-based approach, and starting with the wisdom of the group.
